It is our aim to be your first choice for tool hire and small plant hire. We carry an extensive range of tool, plant and equipment in our hire fleet and only purchase the very best we can source. Plant includes mini digger, micro excavator, dumper and roller hire.

We are based in Milford just south of Godalming, Surrey. Our premises are 5 minutes or so from the Milford exit on the A3 & 100 metres from Milford mainline railway station.

We are a large, single-outlet, independent, compact, plant & tool hire business. We serve Surrey together with good parts of West Sussex, Hampshire & South West London.

Unlike some of our competitors all the hire items that you see on our web site we own, have in stock here at Milford & fully maintain ourselves to a high standard. HIRE PERIODS
Tools and Equipment
One-, two- and three-day rates are available on most items. One week is seven days. Beyond that hire charges are per seven-day week with the hire charge for part week(s) after the initial week at 1/5 of the weekly rate per day. The maximum period for a weekend hire is 4.00pm Friday to 9.30am Monday and is charged at the two-day rate.
Large Plant
Again one-, two- and three-day rates are available on most items. One week is a five-day working week with the hire charge for part week(s) after the initial week at 1/5 of the weekly rate per day. The maximum period for a weekend hire is 8.00am Saturday until 7.30am Monday and is charged at the two-day rate.

TERMINATION OF HIRE
It is the hirer's responsibility to return equipment when finished with or to advise when equipment is available if we are required to collect. Our drivers are not permitted to take off-hire instructions.

PRICES
Prices quoted on this web site exclude VAT and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices quoted are ex-depot. We operate a delivery / collection service ,if required, for which a very competitive charge is made according to the mileage and handling involved.

HIRE AND SALE CONDITIONS
Are those of The Hire Trade Alliance. They appear on the reverse of our Hire Contracts, and copies are available on request.

INSURANCE
The safekeeping of our hire equipment is Hirer’s responsibility from on hire until return to our depot or collection by us. We take security very seriously & fit at some considerable additional cost various insurance-approved security devices to all our major plant.

ACCOUNTS
Account facilities are available to regular hirers. Please ask for an application form. Accounts can usually be opened within 24 hours.

NON-ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
Will be asked for a deposit, the level of which is at our discretion. This will be by card, and on return of the equipment the balance will be charged/refunded whichever is the case. Non-account customers may also be asked to provide identification.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Our equipment is checked between every hire. The checks vary according to the type of equipment but are comprehensive and full written details are kept of every check. To help you fulfil your duty of care for yourself and your employees and yours and their personal safety we check that what we provide you with in the way of equipment conforms to all current requirements. However you should check each task for product suitability, user competence and necessary protective wear. Advice available if required.
